Created attachment 390280 [details] x11_stable.list v1 This bug is for stabilization of x11 packages. No talking here, please. If you find a regression that should block stabilization: report a separate bug and make it block this bug. To generate the keywords list for your arch, run # awk '/YOURARCHHERE/ {print "="$1}' x11_stable.list > x11_stable.keywords

Created attachment 395940 [details] x11_stable.list v3 * update for packages which were added in the meantime
x11_stable.list v3 should be good to go. Will CC: arches sometime next week if no new issues pop up.
Created attachment 396178 [details] x11_stable.list v4 * Update stabilization targets following security bug 539692
Created attachment 396180 [details] x11_stable.list v5 * add some forgotten packages from previous list
So this is a security bug? Then at least set the severity to something above normal.

Current stable libclc also gives a nasty blocker since 8.2.: 08 Feb 2015; Chí-Thanh Christopher Nguyễn <chithanh@gentoo.org> libclc-0.0.1_pre20131010.ebuild, libclc-0.0.1_pre20140101.ebuild: Make old versions depend on old llvm/clang. We should hurry up here i guess!
It's now waiting for arch teams... if you have a bit of time to join on the teams you are able to run and help on stabling/keywording it would be nice :) (even on amd64 more people is welcomed). Thanks
Found one minor issue during update: x11-libs/libSM-1.2.2-r1 could be removed from the list, because this package is already stable on every ARCH: 30 Nov 2014; Michał Górny <mgorny@gentoo.org> libSM-1.2.2-r1.ebuild: Copy the stable keywords, the only difference is in dependencies and util-linux is stable. The actual update was fine on my computer, no dependency problems or compile errors on my amd64 ARCH machine with NVIDIA GPU and x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers. Also no problems so far during operation. Looks good...
amd64 and x86 stable
ppc stable
ppc64 and ia64 stable
sparc stable
alpha stable
Stable for HPPA.
arm stable, all arches done.
