No, you make your bugs block this bug. So paste "269315" into the "Bug xyz blocks" field in your bug. And please pay attention to initial comment. No comments, please :-)

I've tried to add bug #284338 to depends but got:

You tried to change the Depends on field , but only the assignee or reporter of the bug, or a sufficiently empowered user may change that field.

You should do it the other way around - add this bug to the "blocks" field in YOUR bug :)
