Any comments on where to put the list? Under userrel project pages for example could work.
Auto generate the page on bugzilla itself or set up a cronjob that keeps the page up to date. I do not support a manually updated page. -Alec

Ok, I've just added two new pieces of functionality. 1. custom_userhistory.cgi now tracks what perms changes were made TO and BY a given user. https://bugs.gentoo.org/custom_userhistory.cgi?matchstr=%s where %s is the FULL email of a user. 2. New custom script, custom_extraperms.cgi, that tracks ALL non @gentoo.org users with additional privileges. I've broken it out into archtesters and other. https://bugs.gentoo.org/custom_extraperms.cgi Clicking on a user with take you to their history page. 3. For BOTH of the scripts, you MUST be logged in now. 4. We are going to KEEP using this bug here, because there's no trivial way to track the reason without major Bugzilla UI modifications (as it stands, the profile history stuff was so obscure in bugzilla that I didn't know about it until today, it's got a single sentence in the docs, and no UI).

As we have introduced badges for various user groups on bugzilla, a quick update: Arch testers should be in the "archtesters" group, NOT "editbugs" (also not in addition) for the badge to be shown. Please keep that in mind when adding new members. Also, I have cleaned up the editbugs user list. Anyone with a non @g.o login who has not contributed to bugzilla in the last 12 months or has their account locked, lost the editbugs flag. (I didn't touch people in the archtesters group).

I've just removed editbugs, and some leftover gentoo-dev privileges from numerous inactive accounts, with this criteria applied: - not logged in for +1 year - not used editbugs for +2 years - not watched by any currently active devs (previous watcher gone due to retirement, etc) A note to the last part: if there were really active people using their editbugs for good, without being watched by anyone, I've kept their permission, and will work to find some arrangement for them. I.e., find the dev who requested privileges and ask them to watch, or find a dev close to their area of work and watch. I wrote down each account and reasons for their privilege revocation. So if anyone wonders about the reason, you can ask directly from me, or send e-mail to comrel@gentoo.org where some other member can answer.
