Description Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-03-15 00:37:42 UTC
This is a tracker bug for what sucks in our current version of the gnome2 eclass.
Comment 1 Gilles Dartiguelongue (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-03-15 00:52:11 UTC
 * handling of docs.
 * things that should die or not ? (dodoc, annoying to find out by a report that you missed something you should have seen by building the package while doing the usual tests)
 * revisit the old tricks (the scrollkeeper/sandbox bug)
 * revisit the old tricks take two, GCONF_DEBUG ???
 * should we attempt to make the eclass reread defaults from installed schemas like gnome-panel ebuild does ?

discuss.
Comment 2 Rémi Cardona (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2009-03-15 18:54:22 UTC
We should probably document it with the "new" eclass-man format too. But we can take care of that at the end.

Removing a "generic" alias that collides with common search terms.
