ffmpeg-4.0 did a long overdue API/ABI cleanup, thus some packages need porting

Nobody able to fix this? Every other distribution I tried has a working ffmpeg-4.0

media-plugins/alsa-plugins-1.1.7 is now available in portage and, reportedly, working fine with media-video/ffmpeg-4.0. Could dependency on https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=653742 be removed?
