pwlib is the old name for ptlib. Because of this, the two packages are conflicting. At the moment, ptlib is at version 2.6.5 and pwlib at version 1.10*. Doing a clean renaming/version bump wasn't a good idea because some applications will not work correctly with ptlib (because of API changes). So, we need to update packages to make them using ptlib instead of pwlib then removing pwlib. List of packages: net-libs/openh323-1.18.0 net-misc/asterisk-1.2.32:h323 net-misc/asterisk-1.2.35:h323 net-misc/asterisk-1.6.1.6:h323 net-voip/ekiga-2.0.12 net-voip/gnugk-2.2.5 net-voip/gnugk-2.2.7 net-voip/gnugk-2.2.8 net-voip/yate-2.0.0:h323
net-libs/openh323-1.18.0 net-misc/asterisk-1.2.32:h323 net-misc/asterisk-1.2.35:h323 are stable so we will have to create stabilization bugs for fixed ebuilds. net-voip/ekiga-2.0.12 is also stable but >=net-voip/ekiga-3 is already fixing the issue and =net-voip/ekiga-3* stabilization bug has been created.
Chí-Thanh is it ok to proceed? If so could you remove it?
I mentioned this in bug 290063 comment 6 already. The replacement for openh323, h323plus, does not build against modern ptlib (bug 474736). As upstream does not appear to move on this issue, I guess it does not make sense to wait any longer.
