current stable app-arch/tarsync-0.1 fails to build with GCC 4.1 (bug #117703). if possible, please stabilize >=app-arch/tarsync-0.2 so we can work on getting GCC 4.1 into stable. thanks ;d
Needs bug #141390

aha, looks like this is a known problem reported in bug #140593; can't stable tarsync until it has been resolved. I'll see if I can help track it down...
There's now 0.2.1 in the tree, while 0.2{,-r1} has disappeared - do you want 0.2.1 stabilized?
Well yeah, stabilizing something that actually does compile would be nice. ;)

stable on ppc
hppa doesn't have any version stable, closing. Leaving them in CC in case they want to stabilize this regardless, but it's not blocking Bug 140707 any more.
