Description Luis 2002-10-26 06:17:39 UTC
Failed to compile Kde, I did a workaround described in a Bug (not remember
bugnumber):

> emerge =x11-base/xfree-4.2.0-r12
> emerge kde

After this when unpacking gimp, I received the following message:

>>> Reconfiguring package...
 [31;01m*[0m Reonfigure failed, please attatch the contents of:
 [31;01m*[0m
 [31;01m*[0m   /var/tmp/portage/gimp-1.2.3-r2/temp/autoreconf.log
 [31;01m*[0m
 [31;01m*[0m in your bugreport.

And here is the content of the file:

autoreconf-2.53a: `aclocal.m4' is updated
configure.in:42: warning: AC_CANONICAL_HOST invoked multiple times
You should update your `aclocal.m4' by running aclocal.

DEBUG: working directory is: /var/tmp/portage/gimp-1.2.3-r2/work/gimp-1.2.3

I HOPE THIS COULD BE USEFUL.
THANKS FOR WORKING SO FINE!!!!

I think it has something to do with remerging automake.
