Comment 1 Andrew Nowa Ammerlaan gentoo-dev 2024-01-03 14:54:28 UTC
The problem is fixed in version 1.14.0, please bump the package.
Comment 2 Paul Zander 2024-01-03 15:03:56 UTC
PCL-1.14.0 is pre-release. 1.13.1 is here https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/34567
Comment 3 Andrew Nowa Ammerlaan gentoo-dev 2024-01-03 15:13:56 UTC
Issue is caused by boost-1.84.0, this commit fixes it: https://github.com/PointCloudLibrary/pcl/commit/c750d074cdc5fbb5382ff302ba9afe43ce51a101

It is in the 1.14.0 pre-release but not in 1.13.1

dev-libs/boost-1.84.0-r3 is stable.
Any reason not to bring stable sci-libs/pcl compatible?
Comment 7 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2024-02-18 20:27:36 UTC
You haven't seen stable bug 924930?

Seems like timesramping shows precedence here.

Whatever that means, I guess.
