Motion: Appoint Andreas K. Hüttel (dilfridge) as a member of the Board of Trustees until the AGM (i.e. next election by members) in 2024.

I count four yes votes, which is unanimous. Therefore dilfridge has been appointed as a Trustee per Section 5.7 of the Bylaws. He holds office until the next election of Trustees by members (i.e. for one year).
