* /var/tmp/portage/app-arch/tar-1.34-r2/work/tar-1.34/config.log:22359 - utime This one is a real issue, see https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-wget/2021-01/msg00069.html. I've requested a new release on bug-tar, but it didn't make it to the archive. eggert's reply did though: https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/bug-tar/2023-04/msg00003.html.

MIN is a FP, ignored via https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/portage.git/commit/?id=8256473c6a9fa93e7cf81c46fa920cd522507c21 utime was fixed in 1.35 The rest don't show up on glibc, so probably musl specific.
Musl-specific false positives, fixed in portage via https://gitweb.gentoo.org/proj/portage.git/commit/?id=9728fbba80abeec5adad8ba6cf7580c16c039a45 and backported in https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=3082a374769c47114474d34fde309dcfbeb7f5ad
