Blocking gcc-13 just in case until reprod with other compiler
texworks-0.6.8 is in the tree now. Has same problem. Also problem persists with texworks-0.6.9. But it doesn't need our custom patches. I think this failure is a poppler problem? Upstream bug: https://github.com/TeXworks/manual/issues/15
