Hello,

I attempted to build rxvt-unicode, in a Prefix environment, and it appears to call the hosts' xsubpp instead of the one within the Prefix. I saw https://bugs.gentoo.org/506500 was previously opened on this, but appears to be marked resolved/obsolete. In my case, xsubpp only exists within the Prefix, so the build fails the compile phase.

fwiw, I setup a local repo for this ebuild, excluded the rxvt-unicode-9.21-xsubpp.patch from the patch list, and was able to successfully emerge with build logs indicating xsubpp being used within the Prefix.
