ci has reproduced this issue with version 1.99.13-r1 - Updating summary.
I get marking things as a duplicate but please fix the blockers/whiteboard stuff (or just don't botehr if a commit tagged a newer one) because otehrwise information is kind of lost.
... that said, apparently this isn't new hdf5 related anyway
