When booting, Alsa hangs while loading snd-seq-oss. I cannot break out of the hang with ctrl-c or ctrl-break. I mad the changes that were suggested in the forums, but I still cannot load the alsa modules at boot. I am forced to run the alsasound script after booting and it still hangs, but at least I can kill the term. Then I am forced to run alsactl restore to unmute. There must be a better way.
