The Skype ebuild has a QT use flag which is to decide if we want to download a static, or a dynamically linked binary of skype. However the Opera ebuild has the static USE flag for the same purpose. Because Skype will in every way use QT this is not appropriate, and furthermore this isinconsistent, as described above. (Same thing different USE flag.) So the qt USE flag should be static instead in Skype.
