This specific failure is fixed in https://github.com/nilfs-dev/nilfs-utils/commit/115fe4b976858c487cf83065f513d8626089579a . Musl support also requires a #include <fcntl.h> as in https://github.com/nilfs-dev/nilfs-utils/commit/cbc316f9416df6788f320d752d6407399682cc05 . Both fixed in nilfs-utils-2.2.8 upstream release. Please bump.
