Please update the package. The previous oracle-jdk-bin-1.8.0.202.tar.gz now is unavailable to download without oracle registered account.
Seems there is not much interest in oracle-{jre,jdk} in Gentoo because of the licensing changes. Please consider switching to openjdk, it's actively supported and updated.
If you want for example Netbeans, that pulls-up Oracle JRE/JDK.
It's still required for Cisco ASDM, Cisco ASDM crashes when using either icedtea or openjdk
