GCC 3.3.5 was released on 30th of September. It's still nothing about that on the GCC Homepage, but I guess thats because they're waiting for it to populate on all the mirrors. gwdg already got it, and as it's one of the official GCC Mirrors, I guess we can ... thrust that. Since it's not even on ftp://ftp.gnu.org/pub/gnu/gcc/ I think we should really wait with that, until it's officially announced.

It won't be announced. 3.3.4 also was never announced. The GCC Team only announces releases of their current developing series.
it is actually in portage, but strangely, it is sloted 3.3 when older 3.3.x release were sloted 3.2 no libstdc++-v3-3.3.5 for now see bug #71629 for what would be in gcc-3.3.5-r1
