Please add support for xmlsec.
I've adjusted the latest xmlsec-1.2.24 ebuild according to https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/Project:LibreSSL and successfully built it against dev-libs/libressl-2.6.0 without any issues.

done. its in the tree as xmlsec-1.2.24-r1
