When i emerge totem-0.99.8-r2 ,I get a compile error (at the config checking) 

it is a dependency not registred for this ebuild

when i manually emerge xml-parser that correct this error 



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge totem ( [ebuild  N    ] media-video/totem-0.99.8-r2  -curl -debug -debug +gstreamer -lirc +mad  767 kB ) without XMl-parser


Actual Results:  
checking for intltool >= 0.20... 0.27.2 found
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool
make: *** [config.status] Error 1

!!! ERROR: media-video/totem-0.99.8-r2 failed.

Expected Results:  
the installation of the package totem ;)
