Emerging libbonobo-2.6.2 fails due to missing XML::Parser perl module.

Relevant emerge output:
"configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge sync
2. emerge =gnome-base/libbonobo-2.6.2

Actual Results:  
portage complaints about perl.

Expected Results:  
libbonobo-2.6.2 emerged.
