While filing a tracking/upstream bug for a wget compile error (Bug #567288), I tried adding the URL for the upstream bug URL to the "See Also" field, but our Bugzilla does not recognize the GNU Savannah bug tracker as a valid bug URL.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new bug, enter details, submit
2. Add URL to GNU Savannah bug to 'See Also' field
3. Error
Actual Results:  
Error from our Bugzilla stating that the GNU Savannah URL is not recognized as a valid bug URL.

Expected Results:  
We should recognize GNU Savannah as a valid bug URL due to them being the upstream provider for a number of core packages in the Gentoo Project.
