www-apps/phpmp is using functions that are deprecated and should be removed.
The list below are the functions and suggested resolutions

need_php_httpd : Use {,R}DEPEND="virtual/httpd-php"

require_php_with_use : Use EAPI2 USE dependencies instead.  As USE
change, builds randomly fail and are not checked by repoman

I plan to remove =www-apps/phpmp-0.11.0 to fix this bug.  If there are objections, speak now.  Removal in 1 week.
