This has been going on for about a week now and I just have gotten the time to file the bug report. When ever I do emerge -UD world it will downgrade transcode to 0.6.11 if it already is 0.6.11 it will upgrade transcode to 0.6.12-r1. This only happens on my laptop. On my desktop transcode stays on 0.6.12-r1. It gets very annoying downgrading or upgrading transcode everytime I upgrade my system.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge -UD world

Actual Results:  
transcode will downgrade to 0.6.11 or if it already is 0.6.11 it will upgrade to
0.6.12-r1 and will keep switching between that everytime you do emerge -UD world

Expected Results:  
emerge -UD world UPGRADES my system and keeps it upgraded.
