Yeah, this is going to be a tricky one. We normally used the patches from redhat but they haven't updated the repository since 2014/09 (http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/tigervnc.git)

Upstream supports up to xorg-1.16 but the latest version is xorg-1.17. I'm not sure I will be able to do the patching for 1.17. Feel free to contribute.

xorg-1.17 is still unstable, feel free to add dependancy <xorg-1.17 (you can drop the dependency later when you have patches). I was able to build SVN version with xorg-1.15, so I assume there should be no problem to build 1.4.2 with it.

Any progress? Bug 480124 has already been here for 18 months.

Fedora updated their repos, so 1.4.2 is now in the tree.
