Currently the abuild removes var/run/NetworkManager as unnecessary, but it leaves the var/run directory to be installed.

--- replaced dir /var/run

resulting in a postinstall elog message:
"One or more symlinks to directories ... 

/var/run
"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge networkmanager
