Hello.

bibutils was moved to sourceforge: http://sourceforge.net/p/bibutils/home/Bibutils/
Current bibutils package HOMEPAGE points to a page that has nothing to do with bibutils. Also several new releases were done since 4.xx with latest being bibutils-5.5:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/bibutils/files/

Please adjust HOMEPAGE and verbump package.
