Bug 520512 – net-dns/ddclient installs into paths that should be created at runtime

This is an auto-filled bug because this package should create some paths at runtime.

 * QA Notice: This ebuild installs into paths that should be created at runtime.
 *  To fix, simply do not install into these directories.  Instead, your package
 *  should create dirs on the fly at runtime as needed via init scripts/etc...
 * 
 *   var/cache
 *   var/cache/ddclient
 *   var/cache/ddclient/.keep_net-dns_ddclient-0

early morning i installed net-dns/ddclient-3.8.2
ddclient.service failed to start at boot. Sometimes giving manually "systemctl restart ddclient" worked but failed just after some try to update ip or so. 

It is evening now and at last after giving manually as root

mkdir /var/cache/ddclient
chown ddclient:ddclient /var/cache/ddclient/

it seems ok even after reboot.

I'm using net-dns/ddclient-3.8.1-r5

The cache folder existed already with the correct permissions but not the file in it, so I had to do the following to get it running:

chown ddclient:ddclient /var/cache/ddclient/ddclient.cache

This is fixed in 3.8.2+ on.
