Fetching directly from SRC_URI fails with a size mismatch:

docs/Handy.html says:

   This HTML document is the README and MANUAL of the free Atari Lynx
   emulator Handy/SDL. Handy/SDL is a free/legal/portable emulator for
   the Atari Lynx handheld by Atari. This emulator does not contain
   any copyrighted materials and was developed entirely from scratch
   by Keith Wilkins.

@Licenses team: If the package "does not contain any copyrighted materials" then it is in the public domain? Can we assume this?
