The SRC_URI appears to use a binary for some reason. The source is at: <https://hg.icculus.org/>. The licence is set to as-is, but it should be set to GPL2 for the source code, and freedist for the art. (Art is "allowed [...] to be freely redistributed for non commercial purposes".)

Added lugaru-20151204.ebuild which builds from source.  thanks for the bug report.
