Would be nice to have it keyworded to offer people official Gnome Classic support (and probably pull it from gnome meta)

If you want to test it, I can give you access to an armv7 device.  It's not the speediest of machines, but it is a quad core.

It would be slow, but can enable X forwarding, sure.

Can't you run it locally? If my connection is really slow even opening firefox remotely, I am really unsure about running full gnome in that way :(
