The license is found in the COPYING file, see attachment.

Clause 3 ("You may not disclose the Distribution, or any part thereof, to others in any form, original or modified.") and clause 4 ("[...] you may not reproduce, copy, or disclose to others, the Distribution or any part thereof.") of the license explicitly forbid redistribution, so we need mirror and bindist restriction.

@Licenses team: Looks like this should be added to the EULA license group.
