lirc ebuild patch based on lirc-0.9.0-r2.ebuild

I'd like to add a small patch to LIRC (misc-app/lirc) ebuild that adds support for Zotac ZBOX remotes.

The patch is based on FernetMenta's work (https://github.com/FernetMenta/lirc) ported to Gentoo and its based on lirc-0.9.0-r2.ebuild

Just tested this with my Zotac ZBOX MythTV frontend, and it worked! Thanks, Peter, for submitting this. I hope to see it in the main portage tree soon.
