...and what exactly is the question here ? pygtk is indeed only for python2, though the introspection backend (which isn't) is quite buggy atm (though much of the blame lies on pycairo side).
I had this all sorted, and working to my testing. I am pretty sure there's no new discovery here, all previously covered
