fmdrv license

The license terms are found in README.html, see attachment.
File intgen.c has a GPL-2 (only) header.

Not clear if this is a free software license. If you take it literally, then distribution of _un_modified versions (i.e., "freedom 2" in the Free Software Definition) is not allowed.
