As far as I can see, the package installs only files from the fonts/ subdirectory. The COPYING.font.ja seems to be the Japanese version of the "grass-ipafonts" license, which is already in LICENSE of the ebuild. However, there is also fonts/doc/mona/README.euc which is in Japanese, but contains a few English words like "public domain" from which I conclude that it contains additional license information. Please clarify under what terms this package is distributed.

This font is miture of - IPA font - Sazanami font - Mona font - M+ font so the license should be union of all the above license.
So, LICENSE="grass-ipafonts mplus-fonts public-domain"?
Fixed.
