Bug 448980 – =net-libs/cyassl-2.4.6: please stabilize

It has been on the tree since Oct 18, no problems.  Note bug #442890 is a failure to compile under gcc-4.7.2 and we are a long way from there.  Its fine under 4.5 and 4.6.

TARGET: amd64 arm hppa ppc ppc64 x86

Reproducible: Always

It is not an arch issue.  It succeeds with USE="threads" and fails with USE="-threads".

Yeah, I discovered that when I tried to test on other arches.

Okay arch teams, let's halt.  This problem is fixed in cyassl-2.4.6 which I just added to the tree.  So in a month we can restart.  I'll re-cc the arch teams then.
