There's no license included with the package.

dissembler.c contains a note "FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY".

The package author is Jon Erickson, who is apparently also the author of the popular book 'Hacking: The Art of Exploitation'.

I was not able to locate any contact details for him, and the phiral.com website referenced is down (although DNS records still exist).

I've sent e-mail messages to info@phiral.com (which bounced with "user unknown") and to matrix@phiral.com (which apparently could be delivered).

Fixed. I've changed LICENSE to "ISC".
