libsecret is the gnome-3.6-era replacement for most uses of libgnome-keyring; in gnome-3.6, it is needed for gvfs, gnome-disk-utility, gnome-online-accounts, vinagre, etc.

It should be keyworded everywhere where libgnome-keyring is keyworded currently.
