This is just a collection of /proc/cpuinfo output from different machines. There's no license included with the package, but I doubt that this material is copyrightable. @License team: Your opinion please.
I would argue it’s not copyrightable. And unless putting it together required some intellectual work which causes added value, I’d consider it not even protected under the DB rights in the EU.
Fixed in CVS. (Not sure though if this package is still useful. Newest version is 6 years old.)
