xsnap has been relicensed, versions >=1.5.9 are GPL-3 or later.
See COPYING and notices in source files.

Not sure what we should do for 1.5.6; it contains a permissive but non-standard license. I'd suggest to leave it at "as-is" for now. (Or maybe the ebuild for this old version could be purged?)
