BSD-2, according to COPYING in tarball.
GPL-2 is for the init script.

Yeah, it's a bit unfortunate. The bugs blocking bug 425702 concern the license of the init script only, and seem to assume that otherwise LICENSE was accurate.

Whereas for the "as-is" license bugs, I look mostly at the things that are being installed from distfiles. Before filing a bug, I'm checking for other open bugs for the package, but I've missed them in at least two cases.
