These two packages share a common tarball. The ebuilds currently have LICENSE="as-is" which most likely is wrong. There is no license included in the package's tarball, and the HOMEPAGE is dead.
These are two small utilities used for SGI LiveCDs (whenever I get around to creating them again). Both were written by Stanislaw Skowronek, the SGI Octane port author, mainly as an experiment many years ago (~2006?). Very likely, the license is GPLv2, but he's virtually dropped off of the internet, so I have no way of verifying. Thus, "as-is" is the most appropriate license I can think of that still applies. Not sure what to do about $HOMEPAGE. I'll have to check and see if there's another copy of it somewhere.
Marking as CANTFIX. The licenses will have to stay "as-is" for now since I don't know how to get a hold of the original author to verify what license he released his code under. If I ever spot him on IRC again, I'll try to remember to ask.
no, as-is is wrong if there is no valid license information, then you have to assume that the user has no rights, as in "all-rights-reserved"
Changed the license in both ebuilds to "all-rights-reserved".
