According to the diverse LICENSE* files, licensing of the package is as follows:
   Agavi: LGPL-2.1+
   ICU: icu
   Unicode CLDR: unicode
   Schematron: ZLIB
   Zoneinfo: public domain
   Tango Icons: public domain

agavi-1.0.4.ebuild currently also has CCPL-Attribution-ShareAlike-2.5 in LICENSE, but I cannot find a reference to this license in any file in the tarball.
