According to Debian, oneko is in the public domain:
"The (Japanese) README file, as well as the LSM file originally distributed with oneko on sunsite both say that oneko is public domain software. The original xneko was written  by Masayuki Koba and modified to oneko by Tatsuya Kato." <http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/o/oneko/oneko_1.2.sakura.6-8/copyright>

Please change all ebuilds to LICENSE="public-domain".
