Patch to apply to existing ebuild for upstream changes.

The current script is hard-coded for berlios (and thus broken) and also needs an XDG path update.  I've hacked a patch, but it's not very portable (and will probably break if anything upstream changes).  A better and less brittle fix is welcome...
