ebookmerge tries to fetch a list of ebooks from ftp://ftp.berlios.de/pub/htmlhelp.  However, that site no longer exists.  It appears that all the ebooks have moved to http://code.google.com/p/htmlhelp/ .  Also, the format of the page appears to have changed.  The script needs to be updated to use the new site and listing format.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ebookmerge -r
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
 * Dowloading list from http://htmlhelp.berlios.de...
cat: index.html: No such file or directory
rm: cannot remove `index.html': No such file or directory
 * Dowloaded. Use -l for a list.

Expected Results:  
 * Dowloading list from http://htmlhelp.berlios.de...
 * Dowloaded. Use -l for a list.

ebookmerge upstream is gone, we will remove this if a patch is not provided
