At my user mode linux these files + dirs are left after upgrading to 4.6.1 :

/usr/share/gcc-data/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.4.5
/usr/share/gcc-data/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.4.5/info
/usr/share/gcc-data/i686-pc-linux-gnu/4.4.5/info/dir
