Description Łukasz Stelmach 2011-06-05 22:58:16 UTC
It looks like the value of UNICODE from rc.conf makes no difference and I always get '£' instead of 'Ł' while loading pl2 key-map. It helps when i add `-u' to the `loadkeys' invocation.

Reproducible: Always

Hi

Polish keyboard works for me with KEYMAP='pl'. Unicode enabled and locale set to en_US.UTF-8. Try pl instead of pl2.

Same here, I have to run by hand:
loadkeys /usr/share/keymaps/i386/qwerty/es.map.gz
for getting 'es' keymap properly working

I haven't selected unicode in rc.conf
my locale is en_US iso-8859-1

This bug has been opened for almost two years and, and the original
reporter has not responded to comment #1.

Please upgrade to at least OpenRC-0.11.8 and report back whether this is
still anissue. If it is not, please set the resolution to "fixed".

Thanks,

William
